We are looking to expand our Engineering Management capability in all levels of experience and are keen to hear from you if you feel you’re ready to take the next step in your career.
Required Experience
- Systems engineering in industrial, automation, aerospace, or test environments.
- Industrial automation systems and machine directive compliance.
- PLC programming (preferably Bosch Rexroth platforms).
- MATLAB/Simulink modelling and simulation.
- Control systems engineering and PID tuning.
- Data acquisition system design and integration.
- Electrical and electronic system design and review.
- Interpretation and review of schematics and BOMs.
- Sensor and actuator selection.
- UKCA/CE marking and EMC compliance support.
- Technical report generation and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.

Desirable Experience
- Human Machine Interface (HMI) development.
- Test systems and test rig development.
- Industrial automation commissioning.
- Mechanical, control, and DAQ subsystem integration.
- Components selection for automation applications.
- Aerospace environmental testing systems.
- Advanced control tuning and optimisation techniques.
