We are excited to announce three temporary System Coordinator positions within our Children & Families Services. These roles are vital to the success of our ongoing projects, including Family First and SEND Reform. As a System Coordinator, you will provide essential support, training, and development for our information systems, ensuring our frontline and back-office staff can effectively use tools like MOSAIC, Synergy, and Core+. As a System Coordinator, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Providing Support: Offer direct assistance and training to staff using children's services information systems.
  • System Development: Contribute to the development and testing of information systems to enhance functionality.
  • Guidance Creation: Write clear and concise guidance to improve data quality and system usage.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions to empower staff with the knowledge they need.
  • Data Quality Improvement: Work diligently to enhance the accuracy and reliability of data within our systems.

To Excel In This Role, You Should Possess

  • Experience: A solid understanding of children's services and experience with MOSAIC and/or Synergy.
  • IT Proficiency: High-level IT skills, including familiarity with various information systems.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
