Job Title: System & Data Quality Analyst

Working For: Global Government Forum

Location: London

Salary: £35,000

Length of Contract: Permanent

Job Details

Global Government Forum is seeking a System & Data Quality Analyst to support the administration and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated systems. Reporting to the Head of Data & Insights, this role is responsible for maintaining high-quality, reliable data, supporting business intelligence, and aiding the improvement of business processes through system enhancements.

You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of organizational data, supporting users across Events, Sales, Marketing, and other business functions, while helping to optimise CRM adoption and business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about data and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365, including users, security, forms, workflows, and system configuration
  • Ensure high standards of CRM data quality through governance, validation, cleansing, and auditing
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support business decision-making
  • Maintain system integrations, automation, and data synchronisation across our platforms
  • Produce and maintain documentation for data governance, processes, and system integration
  • Support teams across the business in effective data collection and use of data
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support Agile project planning

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years' experience in CRM administration, platform maintenance, data quality assurance, or business intelligence
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business analysis skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
  • High attention to detail

Desirable Attributes

  • Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals certification or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practice data management
  • Experience documenting business processes, system integrations, and data flows
  • Familiarity with Agile working principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience working with enterprise reporting and business intelligence solutions
