About The Role
Our client, a prominent organization based in the South West, is actively seeking a Systems Developer (CRM) to join their dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance the organization’s corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a forward-thinking environment, utilizing modern technologies to improve business processes and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Solid background in developing online forms and business workflows within a low-code development environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and SQL Server.
- Familiarity with integrating systems using APIs, particularly through the Microsoft Azure API Management (APIM) portal.
- Experience working within formal project management frameworks like Prince2 or Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop online forms and workflows using low-code development platforms to streamline processes for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and produce detailed design documentation.
- Develop and maintain integrations between the CRM system and other line-of-business applications using SQL Server and Microsoft Azure API Management.
- Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Work closely with project teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovations for the CRM system.
