IT Operations & Systems Administrator | London | Hybrid | Up to £50,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for an IT Operations & Systems Administrator to join a fast-growing organisation where no two days are the same. This is a varied role combining IT support, systems administration, SaaS management, device management and security, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact across the business.

Working closely with the CTO, you’ll become the go-to person for internal technology — ensuring employees have the tools, systems and support they need to work effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and supporting laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology
  • Owning user onboarding, offboarding and access management
  • Administering SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoom and similar business applications
  • Managing user permissions, licences and software access
  • Supporting and administering MDM solutions to keep devices secure and compliant
  • Maintaining hardware assets, inventories and technology records
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day IT issues and improving how technology is used across the business
  • Supporting IT security initiatives, device compliance and best practices

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
