About This Opportunity

Acron Aviation Training Systems play a key role in delivering the Acron Aviation Solutions mantra of ‘Creating Safer Skies’. From our computer-based solutions all the way to our state-of-the-art Full Flight Simulators (FFS), improving the training experience and creating safer skies is at the heart of everything we do. Our Fixed Training Devices (FTD) and FFS feature aircraft-specific flight decks, offering the form, fit, feel, and function of the actual aircraft.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Systems Engineer to join our Flight Simulation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing system integration, verification, and validation of advanced flight simulation systems. This role will also involve direct customer interaction for system acceptance and ensuring the timely resolution of issues as they arise during development, testing, and deployment.

As a Systems Engineer in the aerospace sector, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that flight simulation systems meet rigorous operational standards and customer requirements. You will play a key role in testing, validating, and delivering systems that simulate real-world aviation environments.

Our organisation operates in a unique marketplace where we deliver products and services to almost every continent, providing the underlying capability to many pilot training operations globally. The marketplace is competitive and requires individuals who are fast-moving, customer-oriented, and results-driven.

This particular opportunity is right at the heart of our transformation goals. This role will suit an individual that is highly motivated, hands-on, and wants to implement change.

We are seeking dynamic individuals who embody our core values of agility, customer focus, ownership, and transparency. In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, moving quickly to adapt and make decisions that drive progress while always keeping the customer first. You’ll demonstrate accountability by owning your objectives from start to finish, ensuring high-quality outcomes that prioritize customer needs. We value honest, open communication, so speaking candidly and providing constructive feedback is essential. Above all, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do—working together to achieve shared goals, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

  • Customer First
  • Own It

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
