We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues to minimise downtime.
- Oversee inventory, track equipment, and manage logistics for system components.
- Assist in implementing build processes, configuration management, and quality control.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for system integration, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system processes and configurations.
- Support regular system maintenance, upgrades, and performance monitoring.

What You'll Need
- Degree or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, or related technical fields.
- Proven skills in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults.
- Experience in inventory or stores processing and equipment tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and reporting.
