We are seeking a System Integration Engineer to play a critical role in the development, validation and launch of premium vehicle programmes. Working within a highly collaborative Total Vehicle Validation & Integration environment, you will ensure that front-end vehicle systems are fully integrated, manufacturable, production-ready and capable of meeting the highest quality standards before reaching customers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As the System Integrator, you will take ownership of the validation and integration activities for key front-end vehicle systems, ensuring they perform as intended and can be efficiently assembled in production.

Areas of focus include:

  • Front bumpers
  • Grilles
  • Headlights
  • Bonnet/hood interfaces
  • Cooling components
  • Front-end structural assemblies and mounting systems

You will work across engineering, manufacturing and quality functions to ensure all vehicle variants are production capable and ready for launch.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Integration & Validation

  • Lead system integration activities for front-end vehicle assemblies throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Ensure all vehicle variants can be assembled safely, efficiently and consistently within the production environment.
  • Assess manufacturability, buildability, functionality and quality requirements across all product variants.
  • Deliver validation planning, testing and reporting activities.
  • Support vehicle launch activities and drive production readiness.
  • Evaluate the impact of engineering changes on vehicle derivatives and production processes.
  • Identify product and process deviations and implement effective corrective actions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
