Shape the future through data-driven planning

We're looking for a System Planner to join our established team of planners, helping to identify operational risks, influence strategic decision-making, and support future growth.

This is a highly varied role where you'll combine analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills to help ensure we have the right plans and solutions in place both now and for the future.

If you enjoy working with data, building relationships across a business, and turning insight into action, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

As a System Planner, you'll play a key role in understanding and managing operational and strategic risks across your region.

You'll:

  • Analyse and interpret data to identify current and future risks
  • Work closely with operational teams and data owners to understand trends and opportunities
  • Develop recommendations and solutions to mitigate risks and support business performance
  • Support longer-term planning by identifying emerging risks, growth requirements, and future network needs
  • Build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the business
  • Present insights and recommendations clearly and confidently to different audiences
  • Use data-driven decision making to influence planning priorities and business outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
