Systems Solutions Developer
£56,611 per annum | Permanent | Full Time | Hybrid Working
Location: Any Anglian Water office location, with travel across the region and typically 1-2 days per week in the office.

At Anglian Water, we are committed to delivering environmental and social prosperity across the region we serve. We are looking for an analytical and innovative Systems Solutions Developer to help shape major investment decisions and sustainable solutions.
What you will be doing
- Leading investigations into operational and business risks and identifying long-term solutions.
- Developing costed solution options and conceptual designs to support investment decisions.
- Managing a rolling programme of solution development activities.
- Supporting the TOTEX investment process, balancing costs, risks, and benefits.
- Facilitating Risk, Opportunity, and Value assessments.
- Collaborating with operational teams, finance, commercial colleagues, and alliance partners.
- Supporting future business planning and investment strategies.

What we are looking for
- Experience in cost estimating, investment planning, or business case development.
- Knowledge of risk and value assessment techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative approach and curiosity to improve ways of working.
