We are looking for 8 x System Superusers (WMS) to support our SDC site. This is a transformational Systems Superuser role, working with the Implementation Delivery Manager performing (UAT) User Acceptance Testing & (BIT) Business Integration Testing and regression testing. As a Systems Superuser, you will support training requirements to ensure knowledge is transferred to the existing site team and SOP creation. This position will support the site operational team to successfully deploy new business wins.
Experience of warehouse operations and/or WMS systems is highly advantageous.
This role offers a salary of £36,000 - £38,000 per annum (DOE)

The Role
- Create / Execute UAT & BIT scripts & scenarios using Manhattan Active using testing tool Jira.
- Conduct regression testing for existing clients to ensure system stability and performance continuity.
- Create, review, and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support operational readiness.
- Support and guide the site operations team through to BAU.
- Support the operation with providing on-site IS support for hardware and WMS system issues - escalating to central support as required.
- Develop productive and effective relationships with key internal & external stakeholders to ensure we can deliver the customer’s expectation of the new operations, while also delivering a positive onboarding experience for new colleagues and site teams.
About you
- Educated to A-levels / NVQ (desirable).
- Some exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or Business Integration
- Ability to follow structured test plans and instructions.
- Basic understanding of Warehouse Management systems & process.
- Comfortable working with test scripts and documenting outcomes under guidance.
- Willingness to learn and contribute
- Good communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate with team members.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical views clearly.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Willingness to learn systems like Manhattan WMS and tools like Jira or Zephyr Scale.
- Adaptable and responsive to changing business needs and priorities
- Proactive, adaptable & resilient.
- Respect new ideas and differing opinions; embrace change.
- Able to articulate discussive plans into clearly documented action plans
- Understand the needs and challenges of your customer through insight
- Ability to form strong effective stakeholder relationships
