Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Systems Support Engineer (circa £35,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits) to join one of Europe's fastest growing firms based in Northampton.

Working closely with the Head of Technology, IT Operations Manager & the tech team for a 200 person business you will support their Zoho CRM, development projects & systems support to grow the business further.

The position is office based in Northampton.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide front-line support for Microsoft applications including O365 Admin, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and Azure VPN.
  • Deliver day-to-day troubleshooting and user support across Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM.
  • Maintain and configure CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations in Zoho CRM.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including user account setup and permissions.
  • Assist with general administration of SaaS tools used across the business.
  • Liaise with the broader technical team to resolve escalations and implement system improvements.
