Our client is transforming its technology estate across four core systems used by around 500 members of staff. They are looking for a hands-on Systems Support and Training Analyst to help users understand the technology, resolve issues and use the systems effectively.
Around 90% of the role will involve working directly with people. You will become a trusted point of contact for advisers and colleagues across the business, providing day-to-day support and delivering regular systems training.

You will also gain exposure to data analysis and migration. Initially, this will involve using Excel to compare and move data between systems, with the longer-term aim of introducing more automated API and EDI processes.

Responsibilities
- Support users across four core business systems.
- Investigate and resolve day-to-day system issues.
- Deliver training to new and existing employees.
- Explain systems and processes clearly to non-technical users.
- Develop a detailed understanding of how different departments use the technology.
- Compare and validate data across multiple systems.
- Support Excel-based data migration activities.
- Contribute to the wider technology transformation programme.
