Contract Trainers Required | September Start | 10 week delivery
RED is looking for experienced Trainers to support a major technology and business change programme for a leading logistics organisation.
Start: 1 September 2026
Location: Staffordshire initially, then assigned to a UK training hub
Duration: 10 weeks (to mid-November, with possible extension)
The project:
Rollout of IFS, a new Mobile Work Order Platform, and Toughbook devices to approximately 500 engineers across the UK.

What you'll do:
- Attend a 4-week Train the Trainer programme in Staffordshire
- Deliver face-to-face workshops to small groups (max 6 learners)
- Support engineers through the adoption of new systems and processes
- Help manage change, engagement and learner resistance
We're looking for trainers with:
- Strong classroom facilitation skills
- Experience delivering systems, technology or process training
- Confidence engaging operational or engineering audiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical, down-to-earth delivery style
