Systematic Review Analyst – Adelphi Values PROVE
We are hiring a Systematic Review Analyst to join Adelphi Values PROVE, part of Adelphi Group, an Omnicom Healthcare Company.
Location: Bollington, UK. Flexible working options can be discussed.
About the role
This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong scientific background and an interest in evidence-based medicine, healthcare decision-making, and pharmaceutical consulting.
You will support systematic and targeted literature reviews, evidence synthesis projects, and related deliverables for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients, helping inform clinical development, market access, HTA, and reimbursement submissions.
The role offers the chance to build expertise in systematic review methodologies, evidence synthesis, HEOR, and market access within a supportive healthcare consultancy environment.

What you will do
- Conduct systematic and targeted literature reviews using established methodologies.
- Develop and run literature searches across biomedical databases.
- Screen publications, extract data, and assess study quality.
- Support evidence summaries, technical reports, slide decks, and client deliverables.
- Work closely with consultants, analysts, and technical review leads to deliver high-quality projects.
What we are looking for
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject such as life sciences, health economics, or public health.
- Strong data analysis, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of research methods and critical appraisal of scientific literature.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively to project timelines.
- Desirable: postgraduate qualification, awareness of systematic review methodology, understanding of HEOR, market access, or HTA, or experience using literature screening platforms.
