Company: Adelphi Values PROVE, part of Adelphi Group (an Omnicom Healthcare Company)
Job Location: This role will ideally be based in our Head office in Bollington, UK. We are open to discussing flexible options.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Systematic Review Analyst to work across all practice areas within Adelphi Values PROVE. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong scientific background and an interest in evidence-based medicine, healthcare decision-making, and pharmaceutical consulting.
The successful candidate will support the design and delivery of systematic literature reviews (SLRs), targeted literature reviews (TLRs), and evidence synthesis projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. Working alongside experienced consultants, analysts, and systematic review technical leads, you will contribute to evidence generation activities that support clinical development, market access, health technology assessment (HTA), and reimbursement submissions globally.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in systematic review methodologies, evidence synthesis, and broader HEOR disciplines within a collaborative consulting environment.

- Conduct systematic and targeted literature reviews in accordance with established methodologies and client requirements.
- Develop and execute literature searches across biomedical databases, including MEDLINE, Embase, Cochrane Library, and relevant conference proceedings.

- Support qualitative evidence synthesis and preparation of evidence summaries.
Project Delivery
- Assist in developing systematic review protocols, screening forms, extraction templates, and study flow diagrams.
- Maintain accurate documentation of review activities and decisions.
- Contribute to project timelines and deliverables while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Support senior team members with evidence synthesis reports and client presentations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
