About the Role
We are looking for a Systemic Family Therapist with a passion for working with children, young people, and families to join our friendly and dynamic team at CAMHS inpatients. We are a welcoming team who value thinking and working systemically and have a strong well-being ethos with a supportive, compassionate culture.

You would be part of a friendly and dynamic Multi-disciplinary team contributing to the care, formulation, treatment, and support for young people and families, who are admitted to the ward.
At the Hope Unit, we are a kind, compassionate, and resilient team, present with purpose, reflecting, and growing together. Through kindness, support, appreciation, and passion, we create a positive environment where both staff and young people are encouraged to thrive. I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
