We’re looking for a finance systems professional with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience to become the internal point of contact for a newly implemented global ERP environment.
This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity where you’ll sit between Finance users and the external D365 technical partner - helping colleagues get the most from the system, managing day-to-day configuration and supporting future enhancements, integrations and rollout activity.
What’s in it for you?
- Take ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance within an international organisation
- Join at an important stage as the new ERP platform moves into go-live and long-term BAU
- Become the key internal link between Finance users and the external systems integrator
- Work across teams in the UK, US and Canada
- Support future system enhancements, integrations and new entity onboarding
- Shape how D365 develops as the organisation continues to grow and improve its finance systems
- Fully remote working from the UK, Canada or Brazil
About the Role
As Systems Accountant, you’ll become the internal Finance-side specialist for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
You’ll support approximately 10-12 Finance users across the UK and US, helping resolve system queries, maintaining key configuration and ensuring Finance requirements are translated effectively into technical solutions.
You won’t need to be a developer or deeply technical D365 specialist. Instead, the role requires someone who understands both Finance and D365 well enough to bridge the gap between users and the external implementation partner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
