Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally. It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.
We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.
About the Role
Titan Wealth is one of the fastest-growing wealth management businesses in the UK, and as we continue to scale through acquisition, we're expanding our Group Finance team with the addition of a Systems Accountant.
This is a highly visible role at the centre of our growth journey. You'll take ownership of the Group's finance systems landscape, ensuring our platforms evolve alongside the business as we integrate new acquisitions, streamline processes and build a scalable finance function fit for the future.
Working closely with Finance, IT and stakeholders across the Group, you'll be responsible for the integrity, optimisation and ongoing development of NetSuite (ERP), Embat (Treasury Management) and Pleo (Expenses Management). From supporting acquisition integrations and improving month-end close processes to reducing manual effort through automation and driving best-practice adoption, you'll play a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of our finance operations.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, acquisitive environment. You'll have the opportunity to shape how finance systems operate across the Group, influence key projects and become a trusted partner to both Finance and Technology teams as Titan continues its ambitious growth trajectory.
If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact, drive continuous improvement, and grow alongside a business that's transforming the wealth management industry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities

- Ensure high levels of system performance and data integrity
- Oversee incident management, issue resolution and service continuity
- Support core finance processes and period / year-end activities within the systems
Acquisition Onboarding & Consolidation
- Lead the finance-systems setup of newly acquired entities: CoA mapping, data migration, intercompany and post-acquisition reconciliations
- Build a repeatable onboarding playbook so each deal lands faster than the last
- Support multi-entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations within the system
- Assist with finance integration planning and reconciliations post-acquisition

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
