We are looking for a Systems Administrator
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team. This is a varied role that combines administration, data management, reporting and process coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, has strong attention to detail and thrives in a process-driven environment.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and 8:30am - 4:00pm on Friday! Following successful completion of the initial training and 3-month probationary period, the role will move to a hybrid model with the option to work 2 days a week from home and 3 days on-site.
As a Systems Administrator, you will;
- Maintain and update data within our in-house planning system
- Complete high volumes of accurate data entry and data validation
- Support monthly planning cycles and data rollovers
- Produce reports and analysis using Excel
- Coordinate planning activities, meetings and key deadlines
- Support demand planning, supply chain, product lifecycle and NPI activities
- Review, update and maintain SOPs, training materials and process documentation
- Ensure planning records and documentation remain accurate and compliant
- Provide administrative support to the wider IBP team
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and ad-hoc reporting

As a Systems Administrator, you will have/be;
- Previous experience in an administrative, planning support, data management, or systems administration role
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manage and analyse data
- Confidence working with systems and learning new software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and methodical approach to work
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across the business
- Previous experience within Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Medical Device or a similar environment would be advantageous

Salary
£25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per annum, depending on experience.
