Systems Administrator - 2nd/3rd Line MS 365 Support
£50,000 | Fully Remote | Permanent, Full-Time
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Systems Administrator with strong 2nd/3rd line support experience in MS365 to join a successful and growing business, taking responsibility for maintaining, supporting and improving its IT infrastructure.
You will play an important role in ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and performing at their best, while contributing to ongoing IT projects and service improvements.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and developing the company’s IT infrastructure, providing 2nd and 3rd line support and helping to ensure the security, availability and performance of its systems.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Administering and supporting Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and OneDrive.
- Managing Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID and security and compliance services.
- Investigating and resolving 2nd and 3rd line technical issues.
- Monitoring and maintaining IT systems, applications, hardware and end-user devices.
- Supporting IT projects, system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies.
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate technical documentation and providing excellent end-user support.

About You
You’ll have at least five years’ experience in IT support, including a minimum of two years in a Systems Administrator role, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies as well as the following:
- IT Degree
- MS 365 Certifications - MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, SC-900.
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Entra ID.
- 2nd and 3rd line support and troubleshooting.
- IT security, compliance and data protection.
- Some experience of Purview
- Helpdesk and remote monitoring tools.
- PowerShell scripting or other automation tools.
