Systems Administrator
Reports into: Systems Manager Contract Type: Full Time (7.5 hours/day, 5 days/week) Location: Hybrid (3 days in office, Old Street, London)

About the Role: Systems Administrator
As the Operations Systems Engineer, you’ll shape our technology stack as we grow into a £500m global omnichannel brand. You’ll be responsible for:
- Automating workflows to reduce human intervention
- Documenting everything—for team and AI access
- Bridging operations teams and external technical partners
With NetSuite ERP, Shopify, eCom360, and automation integrations under your purview, you’ll ensure seamless, scalable systems—supporting our US expansion, NetSuite go-live, and retail POS rollout.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3–5 years in Tech, Systems, or Internal Tools roles, ideally in high-growth eCommerce/DTC
- Tech Stack Knowledge:
- Shopify, NetSuite, POS, and 3PL integrations
- Middleware/integration platforms (e.g., eCom360)
- AI Proficiency:
- Daily use of AI tools (documentation, testing, automation)
- Automation Expertise: Hands-on experience in n8n, Make, or Zapier (preferably production examples)
- Knowledge Sharing: Experience creating AI-queryable documentation (e.g., Notion, Loom)
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to write technical specs, manage third-party relationships
- Internal training & conflict resolution to ease workflow bottlenecks
- Clear, concise updates to leadership
- Project Track Record: Experience in system implementations, feature releases, and integrations

Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Define and execute business analysis, requirements scoping, and tech specs.
- Map data flows across Shopify, eCom360, NetSuite, 3PL, and Teamwork.
- Write technical briefs and manage third-party vendors (SUG, CMG).
- Maintain the automation roadmap, prioritising workflow reductions.
- Own SIT and UAT for major releases (Retail POS, US DC, NetSuite).
- Operationalise documentation into an AI-accessible knowledge base.
- Native system configuration in NetSuite/Shopify with minimal external support.
- Post-go-live hypercare—ensuring seamless adoption.
