About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive Systems Administrator to join their growing IT team on a part-time remote basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals with experience in Systems Administration, IT Support, Network Administration, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, or Cloud Support who are looking for flexible remote working.
As a Systems Administrator, you'll help maintain IT infrastructure, support users, manage Microsoft environments, and ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and available.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Provide remote technical support to end users.
- Perform system updates, backups, and security checks.
- Support Azure cloud services and business applications.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
- Assist with network and infrastructure administration.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with Windows Server and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Windows operating systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous experience as a Systems Administrator, IT Support Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Network Administrator, Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Microsoft 365 Administrator, or IT Administrator is beneficial.
