We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Systems Engineering team as a Systems Engineer at our Cwmbran site. As a Systems Engineer at Safran Seats you will be working across the integration of systems including Electrical and Mechanical and software sub systems for first and business class seats for multiple airlines. You will be embedded in a project working directly for a Project Technical Integrator. It is a chance to build your experience of Requirement derivation, flow and management, and Systems Architecture using your Systems Thinking approach including using model-based approaches in tools like IBM Doors and Cameo.

You should be able to deal with ambiguous requirements and cut through noise using your engineering logic to ensure bad or unclear requirements don't make it into systems models and processes.

Engineering Qualifications and/or experience which give you a strong baseline of Understanding of Systems Engineering practices including some exposure to Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and the associated tools.
