About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join a well-established organization within the care sector that is currently undergoing a significant digital transformation. This role is based in London and the South East, offering a hybrid working arrangement with travel to various sites and homes as required. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting the organization's core systems, including Electronic Care Records, workforce management, HR, and compliance systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and quality of care delivery.
The Systems Analyst will work closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to analyze existing processes, gather requirements, and support system implementation and optimization. The role involves ensuring that technological solutions align with organizational goals, promote data security, and comply with industry standards such as GDPR. The position offers a dynamic environment where you can contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact service delivery and organizational performance.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst, with proven experience supporting or implementing enterprise systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and end users are essential. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of business processes, data flows, and system analysis techniques. Experience within healthcare, social care, or regulated environments is highly desirable, especially familiarity with Electronic Care Records or workforce management systems.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include project management or ITIL certifications, knowledge of GDPR and information governance, and experience leading system implementation or digital transformation projects. A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and experience delivering user training and system adoption support are also important attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Systems Analyst will be responsible for a range of activities, including analyzing current business processes to identify opportunities for system improvements, gathering and documenting detailed requirements, and supporting the deployment of new systems across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include coordinating system testing, managing data migration, and facilitating go-live activities to ensure smooth transitions.
Additional duties involve delivering comprehensive user training, creating clear documentation, and providing ongoing technical support to resolve issues promptly. The role also requires producing reports and dashboards that aid operational decision-making, maintaining data integrity and security, and ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant standards. Collaborating effectively with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders is essential to deliver successful system enhancements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Benefits
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
