About JMG Group

JMG Group is a Private Equity backed insurance broking group based in Guiseley, West Yorkshire with strong regional office representation around the UK. We are a top 30 broker, growing rapidly having completed numerous acquisitions, backed by a reputable PE. We place over £500m of Gross Written Premium into the market annually and our teams are well respected by the market. Customer excellence is the backbone of our business, which means that our people, systems, and processes are central to our success.

The Opportunity

We have a brand-new opportunity for a Systems Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting to the Broking Systems Manager, this role will provide support to Acturis users to resolve day-to-day queries, while helping colleagues make more efficient, consistent and confident use of the system across the group. This will include items such as adding users, updating user profiles, adding insurers, producing reports for the business and senior management as requested, and identifying opportunities to simplify processes, reduce duplication and maximise the value we gain from Acturis.

Along with day-to-day queries, this is a key role that will provide systems integration support to our newly acquired and existing broker businesses and be heavily involved in the analysis, preparation and migration of data from their legacy systems into the group Acturis instance, with a focus on embedding efficient ways of working from the outset.

It is essential that the role holder can work both with direction and on their own initiative, managing their own workload to achieve tight deadlines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
