Description
Systems Analyst
Examples of Duties
- Support Users: train, create user documentation, build and run reports, conduct usability testing, troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain Systems: learn technologies.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field from an accredited college, university, or vocational school preferred.
- Two years of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.
Supplemental Information
Additional Duties
- Under supervision, performs computer systems design, implementation, management, and/or control tasks.
- Assists in, or performs, special project work as assigned.
- Troubleshoots computer system problems and provides other technical assistance as needed.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field from an accredited college, university, or vocational school is required.
- One year of relevant full-time experience in the set-up and configuration of personal computers in a networking environment (Novell and/or Microsoft NT) (may include unpaid internships) is required.
- Valid state of Ohio Driver's License is required.
WATER (CONTROL SYSTEMS)
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- An Associate's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field from an accredited college, university, or vocational school is required.
- One year of relevant full-time paid experience in the design/set-up, configuration, and maintenance of process computer control systems is required.
- (Substitution: One year of related experience may substitute for each year of college education lacking.)
- Valid State of Ohio Driver's License is required.
- Instrumentation Society of Automation (ISA) certification is preferred.
