A leading technology-driven organisation is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing their critical business applications.
The Role
- Provide 2nd line support for key business applications
- Configure and maintain business systems and workflows
- Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards
- Support Power Automate workflows and low-code solutions
- Monitor data quality, resolve data issues, and support system integrations
- Assist with data migrations during legacy system modernisations
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and managed service providers to resolve technical issues

What You'll Need
- Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst
- Strong SQL skills, including query writing and data troubleshooting
- Experience with 2nd line application support
- Familiarity with supporting CRM, ERP, or other business systems
- Experience with Power Automate
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or similar
- Beneficial to have experience with system integrations or data migrations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
