Systems Analyst (Sage Intacct)
Location: London, hybrid - 2 days per week onsite
Rate: £350-£400 per day
IR35: Inside IR35
Duration: Initial contract to November, with potential for further work
Start: ASAP
We're supporting a well-established, purpose-led organisation as they go through an important period of change across their finance systems.
They are currently undertaking a finance systems migration and are looking for a hands-on Systems Analyst to provide additional technical support during a key stage of the programme.
This is a hands-on role rather than a project management or transformation position. You'll be working directly with systems, integrations and data, helping the team solve problems and successfully embed their new finance systems environment.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the ongoing finance systems migration and associated activity
- Assist with finance system administration and configuration
- Work hands-on with integrations, APIs and data flows
- Write and work with JSON and XML
- Support data management, cleansing and migration activities
- Use advanced Excel, including Power Query and macros
- Troubleshoot system and data issues
- Provide practical support and training to users
- Work closely with Finance and the wider project team to resolve issues and priorities
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on Finance Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst or Systems Accountant experience
- Strong practical experience with JSON and XML
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and macros
- Sage Intacct experience is highly desirable
- Experience working with APIs and systems integrations
- Strong data management and data cleansing experience
- Experience administering accounting or finance systems
- PS Financials / IRIS Financials experience would be advantageous
- A part-qualified accounting background would be beneficial
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support and train users
- Comfortable working at pace and getting into the technical detail
