adi Group Services Systems and CRM Analyst

Location – Kings Norton, Birmingham

About The Role

We are looking for a Systems and CRM Analyst to join our Group Services team and take responsibility for the effective management, maintenance and continuous improvement of adi Group’s CRM and wider business systems.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our CRM data is accurate, reliable and consistently used across the business, while providing reporting and insight to support sales performance and wider business decisions.

Specifically, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Manage the day-to-day administration and use of Pipedrive CRM across adi Group.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Monitor CRM usage and support users with system queries, training and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain CRM reports and dashboards to provide meaningful business insight.
  • Oversee the adi referral system, monitoring referrals through to completion and reporting on performance.
  • Support lead generation and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Produce regular CRM, referral and order intake reports for key stakeholders.
  • Analyse data, identify trends and highlight areas requiring attention.
  • Provide first-line support for CRM and other business system issues, escalating where required.
  • Support system testing, upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, reporting and data quality.

About You

We’re looking for someone with experience in a CRM, systems, data analysis or business systems environment, ideally with experience of:

  • Managing or administering a CRM system such as Pipedrive.
  • Maintaining data quality and improving processes.
  • Producing reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Analysing data and identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Providing first-line systems support.
  • Supporting system improvements, implementations or upgrades.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious and keen to improve the way systems and data are used across the business.
