Job Overview
We are looking to appoint a Systems & Compliance Coordinator to join our Operations & Compliance team based from our Newcastle office.
This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background who is looking to move into a broader compliance, quality, and technical assurance position, with a structured development pathway towards a Systems & Compliance Manager role.
The Role
You will support a range of compliance activities across TClarke's operations, including:
- Supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems
- Maintaining compliance procedures, registers, records, and documentation
- Supporting internal and external audits and corrective actions
- Reviewing electrical compliance documentation
- Supporting project and site inspections
- Maintaining certification, testing equipment, and competence records
- Supporting NICEIC surveillance and assessments
- Helping project teams maintain approved compliance procedures and documentation
- Identifying recurring compliance issues and supporting continuous improvement

The successful candidate will initially work alongside and learn from our experienced Systems & Compliance Manager, gradually taking greater ownership as their knowledge and competence develops.
What We're Looking For
You will ideally have:
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- AM2 or equivalent occupational competence assessment
- Current BS 7671 qualification and knowledge of the Wiring Regulations
- ECS Gold Card
- Recent practical electrical experience within building services or construction
- Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills
- Full UK driving license
- A genuine interest in developing a career within compliance, auditing, and technical assurance

Further training and development will be provided across areas including ISO auditing, NICEIC processes, health & safety, inspection & testing, incident investigation, and management systems.
The Opportunity
This role offers a structured pathway to broaden your career beyond purely electrical delivery and develop into a senior compliance position within a leading UK building services contractor.
The position will be based from our Newcastle office, with regular travel to projects, regional offices, assessments, and training providers across the North of the UK.
