System and Data Manager
The System and Data Manager will support the Quality Delivery team by leading the data analytics approach through the development of PowerBI dashboards that provide independent, data-driven insights into the performance and forecast of the MEH programme, enabling timely and effective contract management. The role involves managing the PowerBI reporting strategy in collaboration with project teams and continuous improvement workstreams to identify root causes of performance issues, understand key drivers, and support the development and implementation of improvement plans. This position includes the management of other data analysts and is responsible for ensuring consistent and accurate reporting across the Quality function, including adherence to the ‘Drumbeat’ reporting cadence and support for area-specific reporting needs such as those of Quality Delivery Managers. The Systems & Data Manager will transform large, complex datasets into clear, actionable dashboards and reports, working closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Deliverables
- Manage Data Analyst(s)
- Providing technical expertise and support to non-expert
- Developing multi-faceted reports with recommendations to senior management
- Continuous Improvement
- Power BI System Management (design, development of PB dashboards, monitoring of reports, Integrate data from multiple sources into a centralized BI platform)

Key Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Reporting/Data Analyst
- Degree educated or equivalent in an analytic subject
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data modelling.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other Business Intelligence Analytics tools to create interrogatable dashboards
- Strong communicator, (both written and verbal), to liaise with the client, contractors and designers
- Experience in the use of industry-standard software.
- Training in project management methodology, such as PMQ or PRINCE2.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance/control
