Systems Data Technician

Contract: 37.5 hours, 14 months fixed term (+ 3-month End Point Assessment)
Apprenticeship program: Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship
Salary: Band 3.0 £24,853

As a systems data technician you will:

  • Prepare data for audits, quality reviews and tag call interactions within NICE CXOne.
  • Help create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support operational insights.
  • Support system testing and process improvements, working alongside experienced analysts.
  • Develop your skills through a structured apprenticeship while contributing to service improvements.

Requirements:

  • Hold GCSE Maths at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) and have an interest in healthcare, digital systems and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and work full-time on site.
