Systems Developer – Lincoln / Hybrid

£35,000 - £40,000 + great benefits

A market-leading professional services firm is growing their development team by bringing in a Systems Developer. This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle of workflow development, so you will be adept at taking solutions from concept to deployment and ongoing support. The organisation is going through a significant technology transformation programme and is consistently looking to modernise their tech stack.

As a Systems Developer, you will take ownership of deliverables, acting as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in a professional services business would be highly desirable for this role e.g. finance, insurance or legal software development.

This will be a hybrid position, with the expectation of 1-2 days per week in the office.

  • Workflow Automation & Development e.g. finance, practice management and case management systems
  • Microsoft Power Automate, Logic Apps, or similar
  • Business Process Analysis
  • APIs, connectors, web services, or middleware technologies
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • SQL databases
  • Microsoft 365
  • Desirable skills - PowerShell, JSON, JavaScript, C#,.NET

Effectively, this role is responsible for the development and maintenance of end-user solutions and applications for a business with more than 500 employees.
