Job Title: Systems Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365
Location: Liskeard Office, Cornwall
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE per annum

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to make Microsoft Dynamics 365 work as Wildanet's operational brain, by developing, extending and supporting the platform that connects sales, customer service, provisioning, field operations and finance. The role ensures colleagues have accurate, joined-up information to do their jobs, customers experience a consistent service from first enquiry through to installation and ongoing support, and the business can scale efficiently as it grows. It is accountable for turning business problems into well-engineered Dynamics solutions, protecting the integrity of the data the whole company relies on, and continually improving how Wildanet uses the platform beyond a standard telco deployment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that support the end-to-end telco customer lifecycle, from lead and order capture through provisioning, activation, service and billing touchpoints.
- Translate business problems and opportunities into clear technical designs and deliver them as robust, well-documented and supportable solutions.
- Design, build and maintain integrations between Dynamics and the wider Wildanet systems estate, including network, provisioning, finance and reporting platforms, so data flows accurately and automatically between them.
- Maintain the quality, security and governance of the data held in Dynamics, ensuring it remains a trusted single source of truth for the business.
- Own the development lifecycle for changes to the platform, including requirements capture, build, testing, release management, documentation and post-release support.
- Work directly with colleagues across the business to identify where Dynamics can remove manual effort, improve customer outcomes and unlock new ways of working, and deliver those improvements iteratively.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to colleagues and the wider technology team, supporting adoption, self-service reporting and confident use of the platform.

KPI's & Outputs:
- Dynamics 365 developments delivered to agreed scope, quality and timescales, with changes released without unplanned disruption to business operations.
- Platform availability, performance and data integrity maintained, with issues identified, escalated and resolved within agreed service standards.
- Integrations between Dynamics and connected systems running accurately and reliably, with failures detected and resolved before they affect customers or colleagues.
- Measurable business improvement delivered through the platform, such as reduced manual effort, faster order-to-activation, improved data quality or improved reporting.
- Solutions documented, tested and supportable, evidenced by clear technical documentation, test records and a low rate of rework or repeat defects.
- Positive stakeholder feedback on responsiveness, communication and the practical usefulness of delivered solutions.
- Compliance with Wildanet's data protection, information security and change governance requirements, evidenced through audit and mandatory training completion.

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree, professional qualification or equivalent practical experience in software development, computer science or a related technical discipline (essential).
- Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 or the Power Platform, for example PL-400, PL-600 or MB-2xx, or a willingness to work towards certification (desirable).
- Evidence of ongoing professional development across the Microsoft technology stack (desirable).
Experience:
- Demonstrable experience developing, configuring and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) and the Power Platform in a live business environment (essential).
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between Dynamics and other business systems using APIs, Power Automate, Azure services or similar (essential).
- Practical development experience with Dataverse solution design (essential).
- Experience working directly with non-technical colleagues to understand requirements and turn them into delivered solutions (essential).
- Experience within a telecoms, ISP or utilities environment, with an understanding of how order capture, provisioning, activation and field operations fit together (desirable).
- Experience of source control, testing, release management and technical documentation practices (desirable).
Circumstances:
This role is based at our Liskeard, Cornwall Head Office, there is a requirement to attend Westbourne House for a minimum of 3 days a week, a maximum of 2 days a week hybrid.
