Location: United Kingdom (Remote) Salary: £75,000

About the Role
Kite Strategies is looking for a Systems Developer to design, build, and maintain the internal systems that power our growing business. You'll work across automation, integrations, internal tools, and scalable backend services to help streamline operations and support new products.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain internal platforms and business systems.
- Develop APIs and backend services.
- Create automations and workflow integrations.
- Improve system performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with AI and software engineers on new platform features.

What we're looking for
- Strong experience with modern backend development.
- Experience designing scalable systems and APIs.
- Comfortable working across databases, cloud infrastructure, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements
- You must be based in the United Kingdom.
