Job Title: Systems Engineer

£575 - £580
What You'll Do
- Support the development and management of system requirements for advanced aerospace and defence programmes.
- Define system architectures, interfaces and technical requirements to support engineering design activities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful system integration and delivery.
- Produce clear and traceable systems engineering documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to systems modelling, analysis and performance assessments.
- Work across the full systems engineering lifecycle, from concept and requirements definition through to integration and acceptance.
- Support verification, validation and qualification activities as systems mature through development.
- Operate within Agile development environments, participating in planning, reviews and technical discussions.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Systems Engineering within aerospace, defence or other highly regulated engineering environments.
- Strong background in requirements capture, analysis, decomposition and management.
- Experience defining system architectures, interfaces and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of the full systems engineering lifecycle, including integration, verification and validation.
- Experience working with systems modelling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Matlab for modelling, analysis or engineering studies.
- Experience working within Agile engineering or development teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and technical communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite within a collaborative engineering environment and contribute across multiple technical disciplines.
