Responsibilities

• Develop online forms and workflows using low-code development tools to facilitate seamless business processes for stakeholders.
• Create and maintain integrations between the CRM system and other line-of-business applications utilizing SQL Server and Microsoft Azure API Management.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and produce comprehensive design documentation.
