About The Role
We are currently seeking a Systems Developer (CRM) to join our client's dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. This pivotal role involves collaborating with stakeholders to enhance and develop the organization's corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in low-code development environments, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure API Management. Your primary focus will be on creating efficient online forms, workflows, and integrations that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to understand their requirements, translate them into technical designs, and implement solutions that support the organization’s strategic objectives.

The successful candidate should have a solid background in developing online forms and business workflows, preferably within a CRM environment. Experience with low-code development platforms is essential, demonstrating the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio, and SQL is required. Familiarity with SQL Server databases and experience working with the Microsoft Azure API Management portal are highly desirable. Additionally, knowledge of formal project management frameworks like Prince2 or Agile methodologies will be advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop online forms and workflows using low-code development tools to facilitate seamless business processes for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain integrations between the CRM system and other line-of-business applications utilizing SQL Server and Microsoft Azure API Management.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and produce comprehensive design documentation.
- Participate in project planning, ensuring timely delivery of development tasks in line with project milestones and quality standards.
- Test and troubleshoot developed solutions, ensuring robustness, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the CRM system, adapting to evolving business requirements.
- Document technical specifications and user guides to facilitate future maintenance and user training.
