Job Description

Systems Engineer – UK (FSI)

IMPORTANT: Candidates must already be based in the UK with full right to work.

Join Fortinet, a global cybersecurity leader with over two decades of innovation, as we continue to shape the future of secure digital transformation. Our mission is to protect people, devices and data everywhere and we're looking for a talented Systems Engineer to support our Financial Services & Insurance customers across the UK.

As organisations across the FSI sector continue to modernise their infrastructure, strengthen cyber resilience, and navigate an increasingly complex threat landscape, we're looking for a Systems Engineer who can act as a trusted technical advisor to some of the UK's largest and most security-conscious organisations.

You'll work alongside our sales teams to design and position Fortinet's industry-leading security solutions, helping customers address challenges around hybrid cloud, Zero Trust, secure networking, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and digital transformation.

Our solutions span technologies including multi-tenant security architectures, SOC technologies, cloud security, SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, and broader cybersecurity architectures designed for large, complex enterprise environments.

As a Systems Engineer at Fortinet, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners, working closely with account teams to drive adoption of Fortinet's cybersecurity platform. You'll play a key role throughout the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design through proof-of-concept and deployment, helping customers solve complex security challenges with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
