About the Role
As a Systems Engineer at CREAVO, you will work directly with our technical co-founder, delivering exceptional technical support and technology solutions to our diverse range of clients. This role incorporates a mixture of office and home-based working (hybrid) as well as visiting our client's premises.
If you have a frontline customer service background, a strong knowledge of business IT systems, and you like meeting people face-to-face, we'd love to hear from you.
About Creavo
CREAVO was founded to build the kind of IT company that owner-managed businesses actually enjoy working with.
We support organisations across the UK, typically employing between 10 and 150 people, acting as their outsourced IT department. Our job is simple: keep their technology secure, reliable and helping them achieve their goals.
We're known for being approachable, proactive and easy to work with. No jargon. No hard sell. No hiding behind tickets. Just good people doing good work.
We're not a corporate IT company with layers of management, endless meetings and being passed from team to team. We're a growing managed IT provider that works closely with ambitious UK businesses, and we're looking for someone to join us on that journey.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
