We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Provide guidance and technical direction to less experienced engineers
  • Support team members' wellbeing and career development
  • Contribute to project success by understanding scope, size, and time phasing of work packages
  • Advise managers on team capacity, skill requirements, and resourcing needs
  • Create estimates for bids and maintain schedules and budgets for ongoing projects

What You'll Need

  • Experience in the systems engineering domain and product lifecycle
  • Familiarity with systems engineering tools (e.g., DOORS, Siemens Polarion, Enterprise Architect, CAMEO, MATLAB, Simulink)
  • Proven experience leading a team, providing technical or managerial decisions
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant Scientific/Engineering subject (e.g., Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Aerospace, Physics, Mathematics)
