Systems Finance Analyst - London - Hybrid - £60,000 - £70,000 + Bens
CMC Consulting are working exclusively with an established international business to recruit a commercially minded finance professional for a broad, systems-focused role within their growing international finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining management accounting with finance systems, reporting and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, international environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supporting the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of a leading ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Producing monthly management accounts, financial reports and insightful management information.
- Developing and enhancing reporting through automation and data visualisation tools.
- Driving process improvements, standardising reporting and improving finance workflows.
- Supporting budgeting, audit requirements and statutory reporting.
- Partnering with finance, IT and operational teams to deliver systems enhancements and business improvements.
- Providing financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting to senior stakeholders across the business.

Skills & Experience
- Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent finance experience.
- Experience within a multi-entity or international business.
- Exposure to business partnering and presenting financial information to stakeholders.
- Experience within a finance systems, reporting or management accounting environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with a modern ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or similar being highly desirable.
