Job Title:

Systems Implementation Project Manager

Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day a week in office)

Compensation: £600 - £700 Outside IR35 Day Rate

Contract Length: 3 Month Contract


Stanton House is partnering with a private equity-backed professional services group to recruit a Systems Implementation Manager.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading business transformation through systems, data, and process improvement. Working closely with the Group CFO, you'll help build a scalable operating platform across multiple businesses, supporting growth, integration, and reporting.

About the Role

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience delivering multi-entity systems implementation programmes
  • Strong understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and process design
  • Hands-on experience connecting Sage, HubSpot, Scoro, and Employment Hero (or close equivalents) across finance, CRM, HR, and project management
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • A track record of driving process improvement and standardisation
  • Experience within professional services or project-based businesses
