Systems Integration Engineer
BAE Systems
Warton (main site) 2 x days, Samlesbury 1 x Day
12 month contract
37hrs per week / 3 days a week on site minimum
£37 PAYE or £49.83 Umbrella per hour
I'm currently supporting BAE Systems in the search for a Systems Integration Engineer (Avionics) to join the RSAF Tornado Engineering Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Systems Engineer or Avionics Engineer with experience working at equipment and system level to support a live military aircraft programme.

You'll be responsible for:
- Resolving complex avionics technical queries
- Supporting systems integration and engineering activities
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
- Supporting platform obsolescence and future capability activities
- Contributing to Aircrew Training Device and simulator programmes

- Avionics systems knowledge at LRU and system level
- Experience within complex engineering environments
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of engineering lifecycles, governance and processes
