Systems Integration Engineer

We are recruiting for an experienced Systems Integration Engineer to join a successful and growing organisation that is investing significantly in its data and digital capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust data integration pipelines.
  • Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Build, maintain and optimise ETL/ELT processes.
  • Ensure data quality, reliability and governance standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and technology teams.
  • Support improvements to data architecture and engineering practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data integration processes.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable and sustainable data solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data integration, data engineering or ETL development.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data integration and orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale data transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of modern data architecture approaches.
  • Exposure to data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience working across multiple business functions and data sources.
