We’re looking for a Systems Integration Manager to lead system migrations and integrations for newly acquired businesses. You’ll manage data migration into core platforms (particularly Reapit) and support go-live activity on-site, ensuring a smooth transition for incoming teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data migrations and system integrations into Lomond platforms
- Configure and optimise systems including Reapit, Fixflo, and Goodlord
- Manage multiple integration projects, ensuring delivery to deadlines
- Support on-site go-live activity across the UK
- Act as the main contact for incoming businesses during integrations
- Liaise with internal teams and external system providers to resolve issues

Skills & Experience
- Experience in systems integration or migrations (property sector preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Reapit (essential)
- Knowledge of Fixflo/Goodlord (desirable)
- Strong project management and data analysis skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across teams
