About the Role

Are you an experienced automation professional looking to take ownership of complex, high-profile projects from concept to delivery? As a Systems Integration Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring automated material handling solutions are successfully designed, tested, commissioned, and handed over to clients. Working closely with engineering teams, software specialists, third-party suppliers, and customers, you'll be responsible for delivering integrated solutions that meet performance, functionality, and quality expectations.

What You'll Be Handling

  • Lead systems integration activities throughout the full project lifecycle, from sales support through to client acceptance.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering and design teams.
  • Define and manage testing, validation, and commissioning strategies.
  • Review and approve functional designs, simulations, and system specifications.
  • Drive quality standards and best practices across integration activities.
  • Manage Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
  • Act as the key technical contact for clients, ensuring expectations are managed and project objectives achieved.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
