Systems Integration Developer

We are working with one of the most renowned institutions in Liverpool looking to expand their Systems Integration team as they establish an API led approach to integrating systems across the organisation.

This is to facilitate a number of far-reaching initiatives as they look to provide scalable connectivity enabling them to reduce costs through automation, streamlined processes, and reusable integrations. They have a vision of having one version of the truth trusted by all through data efficiency.

You would work within their Data Services division and be part of a team responsible for the design, build, and implementation of new system integrations, as well as the standardisation of existing integrations. This includes designing, developing, and implementing new standards-based integrations, based on strategic and architectural principles. You will also look to identify any technology innovations and investigate new features and products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
