About the Role
Join an innovative capability pod team working on cutting-edge autonomous technology for the high-performance Nyan uncrewed aerial system (UAS) platform. This role focuses on hands-on integration and verification, bridging the gap between advanced third-party AI sensors and physical aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities 🛠️
- AI Sensor Integration: Interface third-party AI sensors onto physical hardware and platform architectures.
- Hands-on Verification: Lead testing activities starting from bench-level verification through to full ground power performance testing.
- Design & Bench Testing: Focus on ground-based integration, sub-system design validation, and troubleshooting (flight qualification activities remain managed internally).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within an agile capability pod model, helping build operational knowledge to transition into full work packages.

Requirements & Qualifications 📋
- Experience: 4–5+ years as a Systems Integration & Test Engineer.
- Technical Focus: Proven track record in physical system integration, sensor integration, and bench/ground testing environments.
- Security Clearance: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance / SC-able (Minimum BPSS baseline required for onboarding; clearance processed in parallel).
- Onsite Presence: Ability to work onsite in Salisbury 3–5 days a week utilizing client IT infrastructure.
