Systems Reporting and UI Developer
A key role in shaping our system reporting & user interface within our enterprise platforms (predominantly Workday).
You will join a collaborative and supportive team, where you will build hands-on experience with support from experienced specialists, and have opportunities to develop new and existing skills across Prism-Data Warehouse, Extend-Apps, Build-Agents, Reporting & Dashboards. Working with Business Partners (Finance, People, Technology and Change) who represent our internal customers. You will be confident and comfortable presenting, challenging and mediating differing views, proposing solutions and working with internal and external teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives and strategies.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and motivated to build a long-term career in technology, reporting and data analysis.
As System Reporting & UI Developer you will:
- Support the development of reports, dashboards and UI solutions across enterprise platforms, assisting the translation of business requirements into clear and effective outputs.
- You will work with Business Partners (Finance, People, Technology and Change) who represent our internal customers and you will be confident and comfortable demonstrating outputs, challenging views and negotiating a path to Green.
- Advance your skills on the design of data models, reporting logic and user experiences in a structured and governed environment whilst also contributing to continuous improvement, automation and standardisation initiatives.
- Act as the subject matter expert, partnering closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned to business requirements and branding standards.

Follow a development governance framework that incorporates clear requirements, working in an agile, sprint-based environment that involves continual collaboration involving demonstrations, feedback and iteration to ensure that deliverables meet expectations.
Attached training around security including access controls, testing, and safe & successful implementation. You will attend annual training to ensure knowledge is relevant and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering the defined system reporting & UI outputs for Workday and other enterprise systems, including standard, custom, and advanced reporting.
- Applying the design, development, and governance controls to reports, dashboards, data models, data definitions, and data logic.
- Ensuring consistent, accurate, and auditable reporting outputs.
- Partnering with SMEs and Leadership to help translate business requirements into scalable, insightful outputs.
- Championing automation, standardisation, and the adoption of best practices.
- Supporting system upgrades, regression testing, enhancements, and integrations from a systems reporting and UI perspective.

Professional and Personal Qualities
- Hands-on experience with Workday reporting including Prism. Discovery Boards and Dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of other reporting tools is a plus especially Power BI and MS Office connectivity.
- Excellent data skills
